I know someone who has an old laptop. It is not the best, it boots from an
8-inch floppy, and takes two people to lift. The processor is an 8086 with
16K RAM. It has a separate power supply on a wheeled cart that only runs
on 220V, and the screen (3 inch B/W LCD) has a big Fresnel viewing lens to
magnify it. But it should be OK to load up CP/M or an early edition of
Debian.
