Yes, Joe but how do you get to ask for such a person? I just get the
machine-voice sally asking for a prompt. I then wind up in  the
sub-continent again. I've tried six times and hung up each time. I've pretty
well decided by now to drop sympatico and switch the rogers. I only used
sympatico because the TV outlet was too far from my computer. I've figure a
way to make it work. jim
