Well Muglites you're going to love this. I just spent just under one hour on the phone to New Delhi, or some other location in India I presume since I was having trouble understanding him, trying to get my email problem straightened out. For the past week or so I haven't been able to access my email at my other computer which is Sympatico. Joe Mc told me to call 310-fast because they've changed their server and they have to change my settings which had been changed. No way, I'm told, the problem is in your computer and you have to take it back to the vendor to get it fixed. Huh? I told the guy it worked fine for the past three years and only recently it refused to open the website and a padlock icon appears when it try. He tells me he can open my email so the problem is with my computer. This back and forth went on and on and you would all have been proud of me. I didn't lose my temper or say anything I shouldn't until finally, after trying for the 1,000th time to explain to him that he was full of bytes, I thanked him and told him that I'm sure Rogers will be able to fix the problem. Which I shall set about doing this weekend.
