Thanks for the insight Theresa. Good info. I wish I had the time and
the space to tell you my latest Bell tale of woe. A minor problem I
tried for two months and hours on the line to fix while talking to
employees from the sub-continent who, unfortunately for me, don't
speak English. At least not so you could understand. I'd write a
column about it but no one would believe it. Then again .... jim
