A good point. Here's my Top 10 in order of usage and familiarity:
1. Logic Pro
2. GarageBand
3. Firefox 3
4. Mail
5. iTunes
6. Photoshop Elements
7. TextWrangler
8. MS Word 2008
9. iWeb
10. iPhoto
No, I'm not a utilities or hacks fan. Lean is mean :)
