Interesting post. It would be worth while to see what everyone else's Top-10
lists would include; not only to give each of us a better sense of what sort of
users other members are (gamers, writers, designers, number-crunchers, etc.),
but also so we'd have a better handle on who's expert in the fields we're most
interested in or having problems with.
My own top 10, more or less in priority:

TechTool Pro
Zinio
