I have Canada/US unlimited long distance with Skype @ $36 per YEAR. I
think the 2¢ rate is for Europe. Works great. My Mother-in-law goes
nuts when she visits, calling everyone she knows daily. You can also
set up conference calls on it. No incoming calls allowed in Canada.
