Cherie,

What error did you get with the semicolon?

James

James
I tried the semicolon, and everything else I could think of
I worked WAY too long on it..it SHOULD work (even MS help file says it
will)..but it does NOT work for us (it would say "try a semicolon" if I
used a tab or space or colon..and if I used a semicolon..it gave another
error message...forgot how it went)
..we never figured out why..I moved on (it works flawlessly in Eudora)

soo.....with that said...my specs are saved..how do I create a macro for
this?
thanks
Cherie
