Cherie,

If all you need is a text file, simply go to the table, right click it and
select Export. If you change the Save As Type to Text Files, you can
customize how it will come out in the text file. once you have your layout
complete, you can save the specs. Then just export to text in the future
using the same specs (You can automate this part).

James

Yippee..I'm there.. I made it...the only problem is that the TXT file is
coming out like this:

-----------------------------------------------------------------
                           E-mail
-----------------------------------------------------------------
xxxxx@xxxxxxx
-----------------------------------------------------------------
xxxxx@xxxxxxx
-----------------------------------------------------------------
xxxxx@xxxxxxx
-----------------------------------------------------------------
xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
-----------------------------------------------------------------
xxx@xxxxxxx

and so forth (almost 500 addresses)
how do I make it come out like this:

xxxxx@xxxxxxx
xxxxx@xxxxxxx
xxxxx@xxxxxxx
xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxx@xxxxxxx

Thanks
Cherie
