How do I customize how it will come out??? the only option I have for txt 
is "Microsoft Word Merge"..and it comes out with all the addresses 
surrounded by quotation marks (and the column name on the top..which I 
don't need)

once you have your layout
 >complete, you can save the specs.  Then just export to text in the future

what do you mean by save specs? and how do I automate it??
