[mso] Word & Windows Installer

Hi
I have a strange problem when trying to open Word on one of the
computers at work. Word takes over 30 seconds to open. When clicking on
Word the Windows installer comes up for a few seconds and then closes.
Nothing happens on the screen for about 30 seconds and then Word opens.
This does NOT happen when opening either Excel or Power Point, ONLY with
Word and every time word is opened.
I am convinced it has something to do with the installer window that
opens but cannot see a way of getting Word to open immediately as it should.
Any ideas?
