Don, an easier way to put graphics on an entire sheet of labels is to insert
the art as picture into one label. Then, with the picture selected (you
know, with those little white squares around it) go to Tools/Envelopes and
Labels. The picture should show in the label box where you would normally
type in an address. Click the "New Document" button, and Word will create
an entire sheet of labels with that picture. It doesn't work if the art is
not a "picture" however, so make sure it's in picture format. You should
then be able to use that document for your merge.
