Do you mean VB or VBA? I have an eBook out that teaches Word VBA...which
the basics in my book are the same as VB (the portions I teach in my
course). But VB *is* different from VBA, because VB allows you to
compile apps for stand alone...whereas VBA is compiled upon execution
and needs a host app to run. Plus, the object model for each app will be
different, since you're manipulating different objects. See
