I have a problem with crashing. Having opened Word, when I try to open a
file it crashes. The first few times I got a response from MS to the query
that it might be that I needed updates. I have done that and also have
tried
repairing and uninstalling/reinstalling both Word and the whole of MS
office
(XP Professional). The problem persists. Any ideas?
