You could try using the Format Painter, click on one of the 'correct'
paragraphs and click the format painter (it looks like a yellow =
paintbrush
on the Standard Toolbar, you can then 'paint' over the wrong paragraphs =
with
your mouse and they should change to be formatted like the good ones. =
If
you single-click the Format Painter it only works for one swipe of the
mouse, you can double-click it to leave it turned on so you can swipe
several chunks of text but don't forget to turn it off by clicking it =
once
afterwards. See http://www.allaboutoffice.co.uk/wordformpnt.htm for =
more.

Subject: [mso] A small problem
Hello
I have a small problem with word that I hope someone can assist me with. =
I
have a word document that is basically a tabbed list of names and phone
numbers. On the first page it is set out ok with single line spacing. =
Then
when it moves to the second page for some reason the line spacing is a
little wider.
I have selected the particular area and looked at the paragraph and line
spacing settings and everything appears to be normal there so I can't =
work
out why this should be hammoning.
Can anyone offer some suggestions please.
Thanks Carolyn
