Carolyn,
It's hard to identify the problem without seeing the document.
Have you tried turning on Show/Hide Non-Printing Characters to see if
there's any difference between the text on the two pages?
Make a copy of the file using Save As and save it as a File of Type: Rich
Text Format (changing the format to a generic word processor format
sometimes corrects odd problems in a Word document)
You might try one or more of the following:
- selecting all the text and changing the style to the default.
- selecting all the text EXCEPT the last paragraph mark, copying and
pasting into a new document.
- selecting all of the phone list and converting it to a table based
on the tabs (Table, Convert Text to Table)
HTH,
Andrew
