I agree but you didn't get my point because it was very vague and only
understandable by a WordPerfect user, which is A WordPerfect user measures
work and productivity by mouse clicks (or rather the lack of them). If you
start out by telling them that they have to draw a table, if they are
actually EXPERIENCED WordPerfect users, you will get boos and hisses right
off the bat. Although I question the expertness of these people because
WordPerfect users insert Excel spreadsheets everyday of the week into
WordPerfect documents, "INSERT", "OBJECT", "EXCEL SPREADSHEET", am I missing
something here, how much easier can it get (you can do "copy", "paste" -
Etc, also) YES, they do usually use Excel over Quattropro (even though
Quattropro has more rows, because we never use that many). So your job may
not be as difficult in the transition, they may just need to learn how to
use the darned program, because they probably never were that proficient to
begin with in using word processing programs, although you may have to start
with Windows Explorer and continue on from there. :-))))))))))
Thanks
Don

<<WordPerfect has such things as left
align, center align and right align on the same line>>

Well, Word does this easily too...all you need is a three column table
with invisible borders and you can align all three ways on one line also

This convinces me that I'm going to be spending a LOT of time teaching
these women about tables, if all WP users think something this simple
isn't possible in Word...it surely is :-)

And no offense meant to YOU either, Don
