Ahhh! so nostalgia really is what it used to be! Maybe we should start up a
new list for IT dinosaurs like us ... or should I just put my course
certificates for learning MS-DOS in a more prominent position on the wall?

Nothing wrong with you at all Anne. I'm still the same way. WP was just
(perfect) in a lot of ways when it came to being productive. I've
learned Word pretty well but still, when I'm tired and in a hurry, I try
to use Shift +F8 to print something. Sheesh! /g

This has been quite a lesson for me - realising that I still feel more
expert in WP than Word after 5 years away! What does that say about me
  I wonder? =20
  ROFL

Anne hit all the points I was going to mention, I used and converted
  my
people (30) specially my boss from hell!

She hated using a mouse. She'd (and my other employees) cursed the day
  I
came there cuz the Feds wanted reports done in Word - she loved to
  kill the
messenger- I still had WP6 on my server for one thing; converting
  ASCII text
to labels! I had a DOS database that would print one up labels, I'd
  import
the file into WP for 2 up labels; I never learned how to do that in
  Word. I
also used reveal codes to correct formatting. I still have WP7 at home
  just
    in case!

Attitude was my biggest hurtle, I hope you get more respect (read less
    grumbling) than I did!! LOL

My old boss moved on, but she tells everyone how I successfully
  brought her
to the 21 century computing! ;-)
