What version of Outlook are you using? And tell us the EXACT steps you are
using to create the rule...step by step...otherwise we can't help you
determine where you are going astray

But a word of caution...do you really want ALL mail with this word inside it
to be DELETED? For example, if your rule WAS working, this very email would
be deleted becuz that word appears in the bottom of this mail

Personally, I think that is way too general of a rule....but that's just my
opinion...not only would it delete any mail that had that word, but it would
also delete any mail you get that tells you about a legitimate mail
bounce...for example, what if you sent an important email to someone and
their email address had changed and therefore your mail was undeliveeeered
(misspelled that just in case you DID get your rule to work...LOL)...anyway,
you would never know that this legitimate mail didn't make it to that
person.

I hate all the excess mail too, but I still open each and every one of them
becuz some of them are telling me about mails I DID send and I want to know
about those.

Subject: [mso] Rules in Outlook

Hi everyone,

Like a lot of others I'm getting a lot of emails at the moment telling me
about undeliveeeeeered maqil that I hadn't sent.

I'm trying to make a rule to delete these.

The rule should permamently delete all emails with "undeliveeeeered" in the
body.

However it just doesn't work. I've even copied the word from an email and
pasted it into the word list to try and make sure it's the same word.

Does anyone know if I should be doing any more please?

Regards
Lisa Green
