Hi Linda,
Thanks a lot for the warning and I take it to heart. I think I'll probably
move them to a folder instead. They are just so annoying and irritating.
As far as the question about rules goes though I think I'd like to know the
answer. I just can't stand it that something that looks so simple doesn't
work!
I'm using Outlook 2000 and windows 98 SE.
I've created a new folder called Undelivered
To create the rule I go to tools, rules wizard
New
Check messages when they arrive
Next
Tick "With specific words in the body"
click on "specific words"
type "undelivered" without the quotes
Add
OK
Next
Tick "Move it to the specified folder"
click on "specified"
Browse to Lisette\undelivered
OK
Finish
Then I "run now" and select it.
This is one of the mails it catches...>
Message from netmail.com
Undeliverable mail to sghtot@xxxxxxxxxxx
<
This is one of the mails it doesn't catch...>
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses:
Undelivered message to sczlcj@xxxxxxxxxxxx
Message follows:
<
I'm quite confused. It looks like the top message doesn't have "undelivered"
in and the bottom one does!
I hope you can help me..
Regards
Lisa
