[mso] Rules in Outlook

Hi everyone,
Like a lot of others I'm getting a lot of emails at the moment telling me
about undelivered maqil that I hadn't sent.
I'm trying to make a rule to delete these.
The rule should permamently delete all emails with "undelivered" in the
body.
However it just doesn't work. I've even copied the word from an email and
pasted it into the word list to try and make sure it's the same word.
Does anyone know if I should be doing any more please?
