Scroll down on Dian's site, the Word Backup Utility is down the page some
under the downloads section (the url should go straight to the downloads
page).  It seems to back up the whole system, I have not used it yet,
though I do use the Directory Cataloger from her site on a regular basis

Thanks Cathy.  From your description this looks very promising.  I
can't check the URLs now as I have to get some sleep but I should have
some time over the weekend.

I had had a quick look at Dian Chapman's site but didn't see the one
you referred to.  I will check it again.
