[mso] Re-formatting a Word paragraph

Is there an easy way to change the line lengths on text pasted into
a Word document? At times I copy text from an email message or
other source, and save into a Word document, and at some point may
want to print the document. When the copied text has hard returns
at the end of every line, and the line lengths are pretty short, it
makes for a very long document. I'd like to increase the length of
the lines for a shorter printed document.
By easy I mean not having to go through and do this manually by
deleting the hard returns <g>.
I would also like to add that I've been doing a lot of lurking on
this list since I signed up and have learned so much. Even the
discussions that slide into what amounts to a foreign language to
me (the recent VBA stuff) are interesting. (Although a preview is
coming - I'm taking Dian's Word 301 in January). I am continually
amazed at the willingness of the group to help others solve problems.
