Well I've never worked in an office setting so it was a quick assumption = on my part is all I think because the computers are various ages they'd purchased a few to start and went from there as they grew I guess. She kept getting an error so she I believe tried to repair and then uninstalled. Thanks lexi Lexi, I'm glad it all worked out. However, it is a very bad assumption that an office setting equals legal = =3D - I remember when all the law offices in town shared one copy of =3D = WordPerfect! Seriously, I see very few offices that are even close to being legal - = =3D some try but most don't. Wonder why they all have different versions? Mark P.S. In the future you could use Keyfinder.exe before you remove, but = =3D with detect and repair and reinstall options, you don't need to remove in =3D = most cases. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
