Check this, James....

Go to Tools>Options and click on the Preferences tab ... Then click on the
Calendar Options button .... Then click on the Resource Scheduling button
... Make sure "automatically decline conflicting meetings" is NOT checked.

Though this certainly shouldn't have been turned on just becuz you got SP2
.... I've had SP2 for a while and it's never been turned on here ... But
stranger things have happened, so it's worth checking. If it's happening to
everyone in your company, it may have to be unchecked somewhere other than
locally.

Subject: [mso] Outlook 2003

Hello All,

We seem to be having a problem since we installed SP2. Before, when a
meeting request conflicted with a currently scheduled meeting, it would pop
up a notice letting the user know that there was a conflict. Now Outlook
simply responds in the negative and sends the request straight to the
Deleted Items folder. This does not work as the user may never know that
the initial request took place. Is there any way to reset this behavior
back to its original prompt rather than autaomatically responding?

Thank You,
James
