Dian - is Remote Desktop only available with XP Pro? Not Home version? I
can't seem to find it on our PCs.
We have a peer-to-peer network of 3 machines all on XP Home. From time to time
we have to work off different PCs from our usual - ie hotdesk - and it's
frustrating not being able to access files from our *own* My Docs etc without
making them available to everybody else in the business through Shared Docs.
Would I be right in thinking that Remote Desktop might help this?

Or am I straying too far OT from MS Office for this list? No doubt somebody
will tell me if so! ;)

Anne

True...briefcase is a bit of a pain. But remote desktop is the REAL =3D
superior way to do it if you have the capabilities.
