Has anyone else had problems with the automatic formatting feature in
Outlook 2002? For example, I'm using it to color code messages from 'Ann
Thomas'. It's not only applying that color to messages from Ann Thomas,
it's also color coding (same color) to messages received from 'Ann Smith".
(same first name).
The steps I'm using are:
- View, Current View, Customize Current View, Automatic Formatting.
I'm then selecting the name from the Global Address Book.

Is there something else I have to do to make sure it looks at the entire
name before it applies the formatting?
I looked on the Internet for anything documented but couldn't find anything.
Thanks for the help.
