Here is where it is now and it works?
Windows XP Home
Program files
Micro Office
Office10
Startup
Normal.dot
Was just brought over the net work from the old computer it seems to
work?? Now it also didn't seem to build one like 2000 does each time so
maybe good idea to keep a backup huh? I am totally confused but I also
found that Adobe puts one there also so maybe I am right! Not sure about
this XP stuff yet I think maybe for the Expert users maybe ?

If you're on Windows XP or Win2k, the search/find tool is functionally
illiterate (broken). I'd suggest using the command line (CMD.EXE) and,
from the root of C:\, issue this command:
Dir normal.dot /s
If it's on C:\, you'll see which folder contains the file from that
command.

Found it. Thanks! Funny that it didn't show up in a
search.. yes, my folder options are set to show hidden files.
