I agree but the search won't find it <g> They must have really hid it in
the latest  I just got it yesterday from dell and  I sure can't find it
anywhere?

It should be there somewhere - have you searched your whole computer?

On win2k it's kept in:
 \Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

Office XP doesn't seem to have a Normal.DOT file.  Am I crazy, or have
