[mso] Macros Transfer?

Does any one know how I can transfer the Marco's from Office 2000 in a
old computer to a new computer Office 2002?? I have the file in a text
file? If that would help  But Not just how I can transfer them? Sure
Hate to have to rewrite them all.!
