Hello
I am hoping someone can solve a mystery for me.

I have a document in MS Word 2000 that I want to place a page border around.

I went to the format menu and selected Borders and Shading then selected the
page border tab. Now I just wanted a plain border so clicked on the box option.

when the document is in Print Layout you can see the whole border, but when you
go to print preview the bottom line of the border is missing.

Now if I selected one of the art borders this doesn't happen.

Can anyone help me as to what needs to happen so the bottom of the border shows
in print preview and also prints when I print the document.
currently my page is set as A4 and the border settings say 24pt for top,
bottom, left and right.

thanks
Carolyn
