Carolyn...you posted this same question to other groups this last week and MANY people have given you suggestions, including me, about how you should check the printer driver. Yet rather than answering those folks who have been trying to help you, you post the same question to new group. Realize that many of us work in these same groups, so we see these duplicate posts. Rather than just going to another group and asking again, hoping for better answers, I'd suggest you go back to the group that has been trying to help you and answer those posts. Tell them what you have tried and try the other suggestions. This problem is usually a print driver problem, as we've explained. If you don't know how to upgrade a print driver or download a new one, then ASK. Don't ignore those folks trying to help you! Dian D. I have a document in MS Word 2000 that I want to place a page border around. I went to the format menu and selected Borders and Shading then selected the page border tab. Now I just wanted a plain border so clicked on the box option. when the document is in Print Layout you can see the whole border, but when you go to print preview the bottom line of the border is missing. Now if I selected one of the art borders this doesn't happen. Can anyone help me as to what needs to happen so the bottom of the border shows in print preview and also prints when I print the document. currently my page is set as A4 and the border settings say 24pt for top, bottom, left and right. thanks Carolyn ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
