Hi Robert, from Excel 2K help: ------------------------------------------------ OR(logical1,logical2,...) Logical1,logical2,... are 1 to 30 conditions you want to test that can be either TRUE or FALSE. ------------------------------------------------ So, at least on Excel 2K, "OR" seems to be limited to 30 conditions. I have never tested this limit, though. BTW, get used to looking at Excel Help when you try something new, sometimes it helps to understand Excel commands even when you don't have a specific question.
