[mso] oe problem

Hello friends, I am having a problem with OE 5 I have to accounts one on
hotmail and another on spymac, when I try to send e mail from spymac it
does not go it stucks in outbox, the other account is working fine,
however I have no problems receiveing mail, I am using windows 98 SE,
