Thanks again Linda. So far, I have tried all and so far, I have only been able
to send the email. I chose the option to only send my yahoo email, and that
got it out of the Outbox. I have since deleted it from Yahoo! itself, but I
guess now the problem is receiving mail. It is only coming from trying to
download my Yahoo mail, because the other mail that is set up under Outlook is
working fine (unless that is because there was no mail to download from the
other account). I haven't had any trouble accessing my Yahoo mail from the
web, so I don't know what the problem could be.
Linda, I was able to locate the scanpst.exe file, but when doing a search for
.pst files, my computer didn't find anything, so I couldn't locate anything to
repair. I have also cleaned out all the emails in my inbox, and even when
there is nothing there, I am still having a problem. . Now I just don't know
what to do.

Sorry, I meant to say turn that feature off in Tools>Options, then close
Outlook, then RE-OPEN Outlook and try deleting the message in the Outbox.
Since you turned off the feature, Outlook shouldn't be trying to send it
again when you open it back up.

Hope that's clearer.

It's definitely possible that stuck message is causing the problem. But,
you definitely shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall Outlook to do that.

Go into Outlook's Tools>Options and turn off the feature that says to Send
mail automatically when connected. Then close Outlook ... Then try deleting
it again.

As far as attachments go, no you can't send them to the group. But you can
read the info in the footers of these messages and join the Files group and
upload the attachments there. Or, you can just open the attachments, Select
All, then copy/paste them into an email and send it to the group.

To find your pst file, go to your Start button and use Windows search
feature to find *.pst
