I'm lost, Karen. First you say you want to remove the first number, then you say you want 45876 to be 45886....so, which is it you want to do? Remove the first number or change the fourth number? And if you want to change it, do you want to change the fourth number to be an 8 in all 6000 cells or what? Need more specifics here.
