It's me again with questions on Access. I have a query setup on one field of a database with 214 records. In the field I have date like Dec.01 or Oct. 02. But in some I have Pos or Empl or NA, but these are very few out of 214 rows. I have setup criteria like this: Is Null Or like "*02" and it worked for what I wanted. Now I need to have it pick out all records that are Null or not like 02 or not like Pos or not like Empl or not like NA. I can not get it to work and only pick out the records that are not like those things. How do I setup the criteria to make it not pick those things? I have tried by putting in: Is Null Or Not Like *02" Or Not Like "Pos" Or Not Like "Empl" Or Not Like "NA" and when I do I get all 214 records. What I'm I doing wrong?
