Being connected with Microsoft, you may not be allowed/permitted to answer
my inquiry, but I will try please.

I assume Office 2003 contains Outlook 2003. Will Outlook 2003 contain
visual (not audio) alerts that you have email? Being hearing impaired, if
something is not usable to me such as audio alearts, I don't use it. I have
my Eudora, for example, if I get an email from my aunt, it will
auto-display her picture and I know I have email from her. Of course I
don't have everyone's picture, nor do I want everyone's picture, but I have
almost all of my family, frat alumni, and a few of the people I graduated.

Thank you.

Robert
