Thanks Linda, I do appreciate the information from you and David. I am
not clear as to what got corrupted and how this occurs.

Yes, tomorrow, I'm going to do the copy/paste. These sheets have links
to a totals page. I may have some more questions when I do the
copy/paste dealing with re-establishing the links if there is a problem.


On a sad note, I do an automatic backup up each time this file is
changed. Unfortunately the bloated one over wrote the last go one
because the name was not changed and I didn't assign an automatic
version number change. I'll also look into assigning an automatic
version change so if the same file name is changed, the version number
will be different. I hope this is within my scope or I may have to come
begging again! After two years of using this basic file, the bloat was
new to me. Maybe I'll now be better armed with a better backup system.
