Sometimes if you even accidentally scrolled there and just clicked in
that cell, Excel thinks its now part of your data....but, usually, it's
corruption....that's why David suggested you just copy everything and
paste it into a new workbook.....sometimes this is just the first sign
that the file is becoming corrupted and getting the data out of there
and into a new file can usually prevent having future problems with the
file.

This is why I stress BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP....if ANY file is important to
you, always keep a second copy somewhere......this is computers,
remember, and files become corrupted all the time.

Sometimes corruption just does weird stuff like this....but sometimes
it's WAY worse and you can't even open the file to get the data out of
it.....consider yourself lucky this time...at least you have your data

I have one sheet so far that doing a Clear>All didn't help, I still go
to IV 65,000~. On the sheet next to it, the Clear>All did help. I don't
know yet about the other sheets, I'll continue to work on it as time
permits. Do you have any idea why Ctrl>End would still go to IV, 65000~?
What in the world causes it to think that is the last used cell????

Thanks for your help. - Roy
