If it's a poor corporate drone, that had the website thrown on them, than FP is the best answer, since more than likely they are already used to the M$ Office interface. Myself I can't see building a simple Website without the use of Swish, FP, and Adobe GoLive, Adobe Photoshop, M$ Image Composer, etc; with still having to hand code the finer elements.
