I don't know if "miraculous" is the word for why Microsoft/Intel is
dominant, Greg... in fact, I think that was what the whole federal case was
about.
My fond memories are of DOS. I left pc's for apples when windows first came
out. I went to college with a windows machine and never used the windows
part. It was all diskcopy a: b: for me. And I vaguely remember a "|more"
