As he said...he doesn't know...and neither do I. I can only suggest she
hit the MS Newsgroups, go to the Mail Merge group and hope Cindy Meister
catches her post.

Actually, I don't thing Greg *did* answer it completely.  I think Glenda
said she already knows how to trim it...what she is trying to do is now
get this trimmed letter to appear as a field in her mail merge.

Which I don't think is possible, is it Greg?
