This is a great idea. Unfortunately for me, I am still battling an injury so I
will not be able to participate. I "may" still do one of the Sedona races
though...Has anyone ever run a marathon on less than 5 miles a week?

I ran a 50k last year with a guy who had not run the previous 30 days due to an
injury.....Maybe it is my turn this year...๐Ÿ˜œ

Have fun in Sedona!

Derek
