Rich,

I've looked at Cromar White and they are over =A31 per sleeper =
(drilled).

They do supply plastic "planks" that you can cut yourself. (50 x 50 x =
3100) for=20
=A311.69 including VAT but not carriage.  I reckon that you should get =
48 out of=20
that (at 25 x 25 x 250) and that works out at 24.3p per sleeper.
