[modeleng] Re: Soft Packing

When I recently (well two years ago!) repacked Mouland's pistons with 
soft packing I used a jubilee clip to compress the packing to get the 
piston back in the cylinder.  (The same way that you would use a piston 
ring compressor on a car engine).
