I sent a mail to David Carpenter, the editor of Model Engineer, in responce
to his Smoke Rings comment in issue #4266 where he stated that having a
subscription would mean that you are guaranteed to get your copy !
He has replyied saying that #4263 and #4264 are being reprinted and sent
out again. So we will see ? Those of you not in the UK, please post a mail
if you receive a copy.
