We have had some editors though who new nothing about the hobby from what
I can see. And we have had some editors who were slightly more combative
and pig headed than was helpful. I would be happy to give her a chance.
I say that though whilst thinking: what is the flip side...
* we get someone who is an expert at the hobby...but that doesn't mean
they would make a good editor...besides which I don't know many people who
are expert at all aspects of our hobby. She is expert in name plate
making.
In all seriousness though: does anyone know anyone they would like to see
installed in the job? And then as a secondary consideration, would they be
willing to do it? If you think she may be short lived, maybe you should be
making sure those in charge know the names of some people who might be
ideal for the job.
