Any of those commercial engines are noisy. The Edgar Westbury one isnt too bad, if you feel like making your own. There was also a design (ME? EIM?) for a slow revving engine. It fired every other stroke (an 8 stroke), thus making the noise a lower pitch, and sounding more authentic. If you go for a commercial engine, than I think it will take a lot to quieten it down.
