[mira_talk] Which kind of qulity score does MIRA accept for Solexa fastq?

Hi:
As far as I know, there are three types of fastq files, all with
different quality score, as described here:

I know that the fastq file I have now is of the fastq-illumina
format, and I am able to transform it to fastq-sanger or fastq-solexa.
I am just wondering which type of fastq file MIRA accepts, and which
parameter to tune for that?
